Google recently updated their Google Webmaster Tools to be the new Google Search Console. While this is an important update, the big news behind this is that Google now offers a really great API to access their search analytics which is soooo important to every marketer!
It’s been a long journey to get this new API. We have been waiting for this for years. We had to explain why we couldn’t get Google Webmaster Tools search queries few times in the past (here and here) before releasing a workaround to finally get the stats you wanted.
Today, we are very happy to announce that we are replacing this working but shaky Google Webmaster Tools integration with a new solid and powerful Google Search Console integration!
And there’s more! We now also offer a more complete set of filtering operators like “contains,” “not contains,” “equals” and “not equal.” You should be able to easily create awesome Google Search Console reports and dashboards.
